The form of what appears to a type of bird, or fauna, first appeared during fabrication of special artifact mounts at CLHQ's labs. Their existence in our prime dimension seems innocuous, though the creature, or entity itself, has not yet actually been observed directly. The appearances here are a sort of tangible token snapshot of this creature's profile.

CLHQ believes this oddity to be more a nuisance than anything, as some of these tokens have been found in places where they could take up valuable space, or even cause havoc like breaking machinery or tripping people unexpectedly.

It seems these portal imprints are one of its victims - the imprinting process was disrupted by its presence, causing holes in the token disc and misalignment of labeling. Other tokens of their likeness have also reportedly been found in some artifact packages shipped to new Line Guardians.
